It was very acceptable. No bugs of any kind. Skip the little stores and food stores around motel. Their too expensive take the 23 bus further to walmart for provisions. the 23 bus stops are right in front of hotel. downtown and all the sites are only 10 minutes away from motel

The room was HUGE and the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was also huge and so was the shower, and it was so clean! The staff weren’t the most conversational but that was honestly perfect cause everything got done fast and I didn’t feel pressured to have a full conversation after a long drive. They also fixed my room key immediately when it wasn’t working. Genuinely great place and will probably stay here again when I come back to Nashville!

Overall, this property is a great place to stay EXCEPT the room(s) NEEDED a deep, good cleaning. The walls & bathtub/shower was filthy!!! And the furniture dusty. I had to clean it myself which affected my arthritis. Ironically enough though the property is decent, and it's a comfortable place to sleep.

Maintenance wasn't Annie's strong point. The towel racks were fallen apart and when I went to pull up on the shower diverter the shower spigot almost came out of the wall, because no one put a retention nut behind it. Didn't help that my room smelled of smoke.

Okay for the money. Surrounded by newer condos. A little spruce up wouldn't hurt. Staff was helpful, if a tad overwhelmed.
After I cleaned the lot of trash - some blown off the street, some from longterm (I think). People I respect wanted pics, and I was embarrassed the way it was. Inexpensive, but looks cheap. It could be a Rosebud with a bit more sweat.

Location is great: 10-15 minutes from downtown. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with convenient parking. All necessary amenities: TV, Frig, Microwave, Charging ports, Wifi, cups, good AC. No ice, shampoos/cream, etc., but not needed.

The lobby area had like a bank glass thing going between the check-in person and us. The lobby itself was messy. It felt sketchy in fact we didn't even want to stay but could not get a refund, so we stayed. The room was okay. The ice machine was out of order.

This place was awful. Peeling paint in the room. Empty / dead plant pots all around the front entrance. One Uber driver told us do not walk around here at night. Only 2 towels for 2 nights which is ok to let them dry but, come on. When I asked about coffee, I was told there was a coffee pot in my room... UM, NO There wasn't. When we got back to our room the 2nd night, the card wouldn't work. Thankfully, it was cool enough that we didn't have to mess with the A/C.
