O quarto é magnífico! Ficamos no Veneza! Ele é, simplesmente, perfeito. Grande, aconchegante, com móveis clássicos e atemporais. Tem um aquecedor que dá conta de aquecer o quarto. Tem também uma cama pequena pra criança. Tem uma sacadinha com uma mesa e duas cadeiras. O banheiro tem chuveiro e banheira. Tem um secador Taiff. Tem um frigobar e uma cafeteira Nespresso pequena. Não tem ar condicionado, mas o clima de Campos do Jordão faz com que fique uma temperatura amena dentro do quarto e tem um ventilador, se precisar. Os funcionários são muitos gentis, Lucas e Rafael. O café da manhã é delicioso! Eles preparam para você na hora e tudo fresquinho (não é buffet). Vale muito a pena, essa hospedagem!!

Fiquei no quarto Madrid. O colchão da acomodação é excessivamente macio, sendo desconfortável até mesmo para pessoas leves, pois afunda em demasia. O quarto não dispõe de ar-condicionado e nem de calefação, possuindo apenas um aquecedor de chão. Não proporciona conforto térmico. A pousada fica distante do centro, e o acesso é por rua de terra, o que não é ideal em dias chuvosos. A equipe é atenciosa e gentil. O café da manhã é servido a la carte, sem muitas variedades. O espaço do café da manhã é restrito e tem que ser agendado o horário pretendido no dia anterior. Estacionamento com apenas 4 vagas, sendo necessário serviço de manobrista.
