Super charmerende sted, med kun 3 værelser. Et par der har lavet deres eget sted, og de har gjort meget ud af det. Værelserne var lækre og morgenmaden rigtig fin- beliggenhedenen kunne man ikke få bedre. Værterne var meget interesseret og spurgte ind til mig som gæst, det var yderst positivt. For at komme ind, skal man ringe til værterne, det er måske en ide at skrive det på opslaget. Jeg kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Nb billedet er fra min smukke udsigt fra værelset

Camera spaziosa e con vista sul borgo. Ben arredata, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare: solo un abat jour, solo un tipo di cuscini, alti e gnoccolosi. Da gestire meglio la colazione, considerate le 3 camere: specificare cosa spetta a ciascuna di esse.

In centro all'ultimo piano della palazzina con ascensore e parcheggio interno. 3 camere, due con vista su Certaldo alta e la nostra sul campanile della piazza. Camera ampia e pulita letto molto comodo, possibilità di utilizzare il frigo e macchinetta del caffe gratuita. Se devo trovare un difetto direi la colazione mancavano i tovaglioli, una tazzina su 2 e il succo purtroppo era acido. Ottimi I salumi.

La camera e il bagno erano puliti e confortevoli, ma la mia esperienza è stata compromessa dall’accoglienza. Prima dell’arrivo ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni sui miei cani e ho seguito esattamente le indicazioni ricevute. Tuttavia, al mio arrivo sono stata accusata di non essere stata sincera, con la frase ‘Non voglio essere presa in giro’, cosa che ho trovato ingiustificata e poco rispettosa. Inoltre, diverse informazioni pratiche si sono rivelate inesatte, creando confusione. Mi aspettavo un’accoglienza professionale e una comunicazione chiara, cosa che purtroppo è mancata.
