The hotel was pretty bare bones, which was fine because it’s what we expected. The problems was the vending machine took only coins and they couldn’t provide change. Terrible service. Reception was very unfriendly. Stephanie in particular was rude and out of touch with the guests. She decided to change our room without notice at 11 at night. She lied to the guests about the change and then was rude to her colleagues for questioning her reasons. She made me miss my flight and said the did not care. Save yourself! Do not stay here!

A non-luxury luxury hotel with a very basic breakfast. However, the rooms (yet basic) are very clean and the staff was superfriendly in any regards, which was all what we have been looking for. The hotel met all of our expectations and is an excellent choice to book for some days as a base in northern Mérida.

This hotel is only okay with offering only basic services. However, what I appreciated about it was how clean it was, and Maria, our housekeeper, was always friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the room was quite small, and the services provided were very basic. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

4 Guests but every day only 2 in the room. we had to ask for 2 more towels everyday and most times it seemed to trouble them. We asked for 2 more pillows and they promised to send them 3 times over 2 days before we received them. Hotel overall was great and in a great location for what we were doing.
