Quarto novo, reformado. Atendente simpático e solicito que me deixou b fazer check in 2h antes. Somente a srrumadeira que foi mal educada: eu esteva vindo pro elevador com mala, ele deixou fechar e não esperou, fazendo cara feia porque cheguei antes. Mas indico, ao lado da estação de trem e de ônibus.

Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht, als wir am Samstag, den 20.09.25 gegen 23.50 ins Zimmer wollten. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt - es gab eine Notfall- und eine Handynummer. Da der erste Anruf vor 24.00 Uhr getätigt wurde, hatten wir Erfolg. Derjenige hatte es aber nicht nötig, sich um das Problem zu kümmern. Weitere Anrufe bei beiden Telefonnummern brachte keinen Erfolg mehr, so dass wir bis ca. 02.00 Uhr unten in der kleinen Lobby stehen mussten. Glücklicherweise checkte ein Paar aus, so dass wir für einige Stunden in dieses Zimmer konnten. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Morgens war immer noch niemand an der Rezeption - von einem Rückruf ganz zu schweigen. Zwei weibliche Servicekräfte haben uns dann mit ihrem Generalschlüssel um 08.00 Uhr unser ursprüngliches Zimmer aufgeschlossen, damit wir wenigstens unsere Sachen wieder in Besitz nehmen und uns duschen konnten. Wir können nur davon abraten - in diesem "Hotel" zu übernachten. Die Betreiber sollten sich schämen, so mit Gästen umzugehen.

Hotel quase perfeito. Para mim a questão de guardar bagagens após o checkout é importante e eles não guardam (talvez por estarem em reforma no térreo. Somente isso de inconveniente. No mais, hotel recém reformado, quarto enorme, limpo, decoração clean, cama, travesseiros super confortáveis, literalmente ao lado da estação de trem (no entanto fica meio distante da maioria das atrações (rio, bondinho, barcos), mas caminhando pela cidade nem dá pra sentir. A recepção não é 24 h, a noite fomos lanchar ali por perto. Ao voltar estava fechado, abre a porta com o cartão do apartamento, então cuidado para não esquecer.

Zwei Punkte sprechen für das Hotel: Die Lage und der Preis(bestprice). Aber unser Stadtblick war ein Hinterhof mit einer 24h Abluftanlage und dementsprechendem Geräuschpegel. Die Baustelle auf der Etage mit unfassbar viel Staub, welcher ins Zimmer zog, war sehr nervig. Bettdecken sind für Winter geeignet, aber im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage fehl am Platz. Fenster öffnen zum Lüften war keine Option wegen Lärm (siehe oben)

Ich hatte dort eine tolle Nacht mit meinem Baby. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Fenster gut abgedichtet so dass es schön leise ist.Ich hab mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte am Ende des Tages dort so gut entspannen und runterkommen. Der Chef persönlich ist ein super herzlicher Mann der es sehr gut mit seinen Kunden meint. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und ich würde dieses Hotel immerwieder besuchen.
