Not a good option if you need a hotel. Not sure about renting as an Apartment. Communication with the property is terrible. The hotel double booked my room. I paid extra for a city view. When I arrived there were other people in the room that they gave me. It took the entire afternoon for me to try to sort things out with the property. Their final solution was to give me another room that was (Not Clean) and did not have the view that I paid for. The room was so bad that I had to book an entirely new hotel. Dani promised to refund me since they could not provide the room that I paid for, but stopped communicating with me after I left the property. Skip the headache here because I am now having to dispute the charge that they have not refunded. This experience took up so much of my trip to Hanoi.
