Good location, but the apartment is in need of some renovations, fo example the enamel has almost worn through on one bath and has worn to the point of the bath rusting on the other. The mattresses have big dips in them. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment was very clean in arrival. Just a little work could take the apartment up to being excellent
