A great stay in Oaxaca. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street, which was wonderful for peace and quiet. Check-in was smooth, complete with a complimentary welcome Mezcal. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable for a restful night's sleep. The hotel is a true oasis; its thoughtful design and beautiful garden made it a delightful sanctuary to return to after a full day of exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily made-to-order breakfasts, which were fresh and delicious. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Wow, what a stunning place! The interiors were absolutely gorgeous and even better in person. Our room was wonderful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property is just charming. The location is perfect and it's so easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was a 10/10, the chef prepared delicious food for us every morning. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay, and the list of local recommendations they provided was so helpful. Loved Casa Arrona!

What a great hotel! Top class service, from messages the day before check-in, great explanations and tips at check in, and what a great design this hotel has. Peaceful, as you are extremely close to city center but in an area where you won’t hear all the noise (and we were here during Dio de los Muertos). Easy 6-7min walk to Santo Domingo. Chef in the morning to cook incredible breakfasts. 1000% recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! It truly felt like we were staying in a great friend's home rather than a hotel. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast, where the hosts would thoughtfully prepare and serve a delicious meal. The personal touch made each morning feel so welcoming. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The property was always spotless, and you could tell they took great pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. What really stood out was how genuinely caring they were. One day we spent the entire day at the beach, and when we hadn't returned by our usual time, they reached out to check that we were okay. That level of kindness and thoughtfulness is something you don't often experience. The only small suggestion I have is regarding check-in. A check-in time a little earlier than 3:00 p.m. would make the arrival experience even better. Overall, this was one of the most welcoming and memorable stays we've had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.
