Our room and bathroom were very clean. The room was cozy. The bathroom is small but perfectly usable. I don't care about things like that for a long weekend and only 2 people. We could tell that the new owners tried to make our stay comfortable and it was! The backyard is an oasis with the most gorgeous palm trees and there chaise lounges to relax and read a book or nap or talk. The location near Old St. Augustine is very good. We had a 2.5 block walk through tree-lined streets and historic mansions to downtown old St. Augustine, and only a 3 block walk to the Castillo de San Marco, so the entire old city was easily traversed from this location. I'm wishing the owners continued success with their new B&B because they deserve it!
