A equipe de funcionários foi excelente, sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã também foi bom, com opções satisfatórias. Infelizmente, tivemos alguns imprevistos no início da nossa estadia. O primeiro quarto apresentava problemas na TV e no ar-condicionado. A funcionária nos atendeu prontamente e realizou a troca de quarto, porém, no segundo, não tinha o controle da TV , sendo necessária uma nova mudança. Após essa segunda troca, observamos vazamento no box do banheiro ( não nos encomodou) e a janela lado esquerdo de quem entra no quarto está empenada com isso se tem barulho constante da rodovia e vento incomodando todo o tempo Estadia transcorreu tranquilamente apesar das situações acimas descritas. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que o hotel deva investir mais na manutenção preventiva de suas instalações, a fim de evitar esse tipo de situação e proporcionar uma experiência ainda melhor aos hóspedes.

O hotel não é bem localizado, não é um atração, não tem nenhum ponto poitivo. Qualquer pessoa que se hospeda nele é pq precisa apenas dormir e o hotel falha nisso. O cobertor é extremamente fino e pequeno e o hotel não tem calefação. Se o hotel fosse na Bahia seria ótimo, mas num lugar frioc mo a serra gaúcha e;e é completamente inadequado

O café da manhã é bem variado. O quarto estava bem limpo. Os rejuntes do banheiro estão escuros e precisam ser trocados. Os lençóis estavam com manchas de ferrugem. As toalhas bem brancas. O hotel está com poucas chaves de acesso aos quartos e não nos forneceram 2 chaves (mesmo pedindo) o que dificultou pois minha esposa saiu com amigas e eu fiquei sem chave.
