10/10 Exceptional

The location is amazing, it’s walking distance from the train station. We stayed 3 nights and used Naples as home base for our travels. It’s about a 30 minute train ride from Pompeii and 2 hour ferry ride from Amalfi. The room itself was spacious and had a great view of mount Vesuvius. Max was very friendly and helpful.

Shower water went cold quickly, clogged drain, no sink space in bathroom. Has AC, elevator & free croissant and coffee for breakfast. Close to train station. Good for a nights rest and that’s it.

The room is still under construction. There was gypse dust everywhere. TV installed at 6 feet in the air. Door's shower not proprely installed. No hangners in the only closet of the room. No table, no fridge, no shelf's sink, no lamp beside the beds (only the big light at the celling). The queen size bed is in fact two single bed beside heach other. They tryed to charge me twice the city's taxes and... we received only one bottle of win (was supposed to be one per night and we booked 3 nights) and it was hot. We had to complained for them to clean the room/change the towels. The sheets had blood stain on it. No duvet. Only one pillow

My first impression of this place was awful. The ceiling outside of the main door fell down in pieces, very old building like all the other buildings in Naples. The reception was never open, even though it says they are open from 8am. Strugled to contact the manager but he finally did get back to my calls and message and could offer me solution which I appreciated (left my luggage at a different place). The bathroom smells mould so much and very dirty. Interestingly very comfortable bed and pillows and clean sheets. The curtain was so thin which don't cover the whole window. The neighbour next door could easily see my bed, I couldn't have any privacy and had to keep my lights shut. Breakfast café was nice. The area is rough but ok but I wouldn't walk around really late at night. Early evening hours are ok as it is always busy .

まずExpediaに掲載の情報が不十分。下記を掲載すべき。 ・B&Bであること、 ・フロントデスクの係員が限られた時間帯しか居ないこと。 ・ビルの最上階に掲げている名称(昔のホテル名？)が目印であること。そのビルの5階がB&Bであること。掲載されている住所だけではB&Bに到達できない。 ・夜は建物ゲートが施錠される。B@Bゲートは常時、施錠されている。 3泊のうち2泊目のルームメークがされなかった。 朝食のパン屋が閉まっていて、朝食を取れなかった。 冷蔵庫が無かった。
