Booked last minute and couldn't have been more satisfied. Lorenzo replied promptly. Gave detailed instructions to enter property. Apartment is above and beyond expectations. All the amenities necessary. 2 comfortable full beds, 1 on loft, 1 in private room with full closet, washer & detergent, ironing board/iron. Queen sofabed in livingroom. Full kitchenette. Sink, stove, mini fridge, dishwasher, several options of coffee makers, microwave. Dining table, 4 chairs, plates, glasses, cups, silverware, pots & pans. Modern decor and clean. Updated spacious bathroom, water pressure was amazing. Towels, toiletries. This place is a gem, conveniently located 10 minutes from coliseum. Safe and several restaurant options in area. Would definitely recommend. 100 stars!

Lorenzo was a very nice and reachable host. Property very well located, very cute, and extremely functional. Only drawbacks, we ran out of hot water after 3 short showers, we were 5. Also washing machine did not work but lorenzo tackled the problem as soon as we told him- only reproach was that it wasn’t working well when we got there. Despite these 2 minor setbacks, we would highly recommend and would definitely go back on our next visit to Rome. Thank you Lorenzo!
