Very nice hostel and great stuff. The hostel is new so everything is in a good condition. The staff was so helpful and they always make sure everything is ok, they are available also 24/7. Nice bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Toilets and showers so clean and neat. The price was perfect and i didn’t find any hard to go to the center (only one bus takes me there). Overall it was very nice experience, couldn’t agree more. Definitely would be always my place when i come to Madrid again.

The hostel simply is very nice, calm, and neat. I realized it’s a new hostel so everything there at a good condition. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful and always make sure everything is ok. Also they have 24/7 service The bedrooms were good, gives you a kind of privacy, mattress are comfortable and toilets were so clean and bright. Also i didn’t find any hardship going to Center (i got only one bus to be there) Overall, I’m so satisfied and definitely i would choose this hostel again next time visiting Madrid.

Friendly and helpful Front Office Team. The Hostel is however featured as business, but it lacks of quality and services for someone that looks for a comfort stay. Kitchen had simply two microwaves and 4/5 high stand up chairs, getting crowded when more people wanted to eat together. Cleanliness was not at all in line with the expectations for a Business Hostel, as they cleaned common areas and bathrooms just once per day. Definitely recommend the property to revise these cleaning standards.

Réservation non honorée et solution de remplacement inacceptableUne expérience extrêmement décevante. Nous avions réservé et payé pour une chambre Business au Velvet Hostel. À notre arrivée aujourd'hui, l'établissement nous a informés qu'il ne pouvait pas honorer notre réservation confirmée en raison d'un problème de surbooking (surréservation).Bien que l'auberge nous ait trouvé une solution alternative, nous avons été relogés dans un établissement de catégorie bien inférieure, offrant des prestations et des installations nettement en deçà de la chambre Business que nous avions choisie et réglée. Le manque de professionnalisme et la gestion de cette situation gâchent complètement notre séjour. Je déconseille fortement si vous cherchez de la fiabilité.
