4/10 – Correct
Check in was difficult. Changes I made on Expedia were not reflected in the booking at the hotel. The instructions provided were for the wrong parking lots and the wrong level, wrong room. Room was dirty. My request for rollaway beds were fulfilled as air mattresses, which I did not even receive a reply. Just showed up and they were there. Other peoples belongings left in the rooms, rubbish in cupboards and on shelves. I really doubt the hygiene of this place.
