I was visiting Lima from Washington, DC and the front desk staff at my hotel were wonderful. I would like to thank Miss Xiomara for helping me arrange transportation and a great 3-hour excursion to see the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to shopping areas and was clean. The staff was always courteous and polite. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was delicious.

Good, came very late at midnight, good breakfast, was given late check out 1 hour free which was appreciated when I requested, was unable to use pool to tires, but saw un info that it was out of order, not very good to advertirse them, but not say that Is was in renovation, altough I was unable to verify that to tired, to do anything but test.

This is my second time at Encore, hotel is very clean, great location, vip perks are always a plus (room upgrade, welcome drinks). The staff was super accommodating, they even packed a breakfast lunchbag for us because we were checking out early. The only thing I did not like, my boyfriend requested an ice bucket and he was told that have to charge him for it. Odd but true, other than that everything was awesome.
