Roaches everywhere
Within 3 minutes of entering the room we killed 6 baby German roaches (mostly in bathroom). My boyfriend took a magazine off the bed, set it down, and turned around to a roach on it 10 seconds later. Staff was unreachable, both by phone and in person. Elevator hasn’t been serviced since 2020. Extremely dirty and unwelcoming place as a whole. We had to leave and book a different hotel. I would love a refund.

What a dump
First of all we have stayed here two other times a few years ago and the place was much nicer. It has gone downhill since then. This place is a dump. No cable, ice machine out of order, mini fridge doesn’t get cold, half the lights in the room do not work, there are electrical outlets hanging out of the walls, the railing on the balcony were lose and we didn’t feel safe leaning on them, the room smelled bad upon first entering, and we spotted a couple of roaches on our last day. I really hope that this place gets new ownership and gets remodeling or something. We will not be back otherwise.

We have stayed at the Red Tree numerous times and although not the fanciest of hotels, the location and staff make it a great place to stay. We will be back.

The only reason to stay here if the apocalypse had started, and there’s no other place to sleep. Extremely ran down, no one in the office, no deadbolts or pull over lock on the door, no sprinkler system, you had to call if you needed..example a toilet paper. The pool was well kept, and the mattress was comfortable. But I’m stating once again, only what I stay there again if it was the apocalypse.

Maybe just stay somewhere else
Hotel was very dirty and looked like it was falling apart. The only good thing was how close it was to the ocean.

Stay away
Do not stay here. Roaches, very old and everything is soaking wet. I slept with the lights on. Coffee keurig didnt work plus there were no cups for coffee anyway or k cups or cream and sugar. I have stayed in 50 different hotels in myrle and this was by far the worst.
