Very large room. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Staff are very helpful. We watch elephants very closely from the hotel buffet area.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue rivière et balcon.
À notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre vue piscine. Le but de l’hôtel étant de voir un maximum les éléphants.
Apres réclamation au début la responsable conteste. Puis on lui montre et explique que les prix sont bien différents d’une chambre à l’autre.
Elle nous propose donc une chambre 4 personnes avec vue rivière. Nous n’avions pas besoin de ça mais il ne restait plus que cette chambre en vue rivière.
La chambre n’était pas prête. La salle de bain pué fortement on a du demander de la net
