Considering its price, this is a great value apartment. It is spacious, clean and modern. The bedding is very comfortable. It is located close to a subway station, walking streets, restaurants, a park, and about 20 min car ride to downtown area. The only downside is that there are many homeless people in the park and around the subway exit. While they are harmless, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable staying in the neighborhood.

É um ambiente bem espaçoso perto do que encontramos na mesma faixa de valor, ter 2 ambientes separados é ótimo, armários são grandes, banheiro é bom, cozinha espaçosa mas alguns detalhes fazem falta em estadias maiores, poderia ter alguns utensílios a mais na cozinha como pão duro, um jogo americano, colheres de chá, a coifa faz muita falta e apode acabar prejudicando os móveis com o tempo. A tv também poderia estar no quarto para maior conforto. O apartamento fica em uma área com muitos bares mortinhos então o barulho é constante, o isolamento do apartamento é muito bom mas eu diria que ainda passa 15% de barulho, eles oferecem um tampão de ouvidos mas não foi preciso usar pois a mim não afetou. Tem muita coisa perto que dá pra fazer a pé e o metro fica dobrando a esquina.

Quarto exatamente como nas fotos. Amplo, organizado, limpo e confortável. Academia completa, toda a área da piscina é bem legal e aconchegante (único "problema" é ficar fechado as segundas feiras mas nada que atrapalhe). A única recomendação é realizar todo o processo de check-in e envio das fotos com bastante antecedência para nao ter problemas com o reconhecimento facial, pois toda portaria é 100% digital, o segurança que fica lá durante o dia não tem autonomia para abrir a porta e autorizar a entrada! Muito pertinho do acesso ao metrô, basta sair do prédio, atravessar uma rua e pronto! Com certeza em próximas viagens tentarei ficar hospedado novamente no Aurora 965!!!

Hospedagem excelente, próxima de tudoooo, do lado do metrô, mercados, restaurantes, apartamento muito confortável, piscina boa, academia boa também, tem um mercadinho 24h lá dentro ótimo para uma emergência, prédio muito seguro também! Amei, com certeza voltarei (só faltou a lavanderia dentro do prédio, acho que estava e, manutenção, mas mesmo assim tem uma bem pertinho, uns 5 minutos caminhando do prédio) Ah, e vi alguns comentários falando sobre barulho, mas muito pelo contrário, fiquei no 4º andar, e a porta da varanda abafa bastante o barulho! Então ela fechada, não escutava nada, e olha que fui na semana do carnaval, muitos blocos ali próximo

Adorei minha estadia no Aurora. Quarto é muito espaçoso, com cozinha, uma sala com tv, cama super confortável. O bairro é um pouco barulhento, não sei se era pelo fato de ser durante o período de carnaval, mas como a porta da sacada veda bem o barulho, não tive problemas pra dormir. Adorei que fica a 1 quadra da estação de metro Republica, super perto facilitando muito meu deslocamento pela cidade. Recomendo e voltaria!
