Terrible 0/10. Couldn’t check in, no instructions sent. Phoned host answered but said no English & just hung up twice. Expedia tried calling but just ignored phone. Left us in Marseille with nowhere to go. Total scammers, do not book. Thankfull Expedia helped us out with alternative.

Après réservation et prélèvement de la réservation Nous sommes arrivés hier soir devant le logement et on nous a indiqué que Nutea ne travaillait plus avec Hôtel.com et qu’aucune chambre ne nous était attribuée Nous avons dû trouver une autre location à 23h Il semblerait que Nuitea ne travaille plus avec le site depuis un certain temps! Cependant l’annonce est encore en ligne et le paiement lui fonctionne très bien. Mieux que le remboursement Impossible de contacter le site hier soir. Bref, la galère

I would advise anyone to stay away from this property. The toilets do not work, the showers do not work. The owners are running a scam where they make you think your credit card does not work and double charge you. They do not provide receipts in order for you to get a refund. Stay away at all costs.
