The unit was nice, well positioned but unfortunately there was an issue with the lock of the main door of the apartment that forced to one of was had to stay all they day in the apartment for safety reasons. We contacted the customer services to advise about the issue, they scheduled a day and time so somebody could be there to give access to the trade person but, nobody turn up, nobody contacted me back to un update, so I missed my holiday staying inside the department to guarantee the safety of the owners belongings and mine also it felt unsafe sleeping through the night without been able to lock the apartment door. Also check in process very inconvenient as if you arrive after hours (7,7:30pm) wont have access to the department as there's is no another alternative to get the department keys or even somebody to look at the issue, for this reason eventhou we paid for the first night we had to book an accommodation somewhere else as we arrived at the destination 10 minutes later (that could happen when you are international or interstate traveller).
