This hotel should not have been open for business. It was 2 days after the hurricane and they were charging normal rates for rooms that had no power or very limited power. No hot water, no TV. Unfortunately we booked via hotels.com and there was no recourse for refund. The front desk lady was very nice and apologetic. But there's was no manager on duty that could really help with our situation. Besides all that the hotel seemed to be very nice and clean.

This place was awesome for the price, but it needs work! Not enough light in the rooms, no microwave, no place to sit. NO WHERE to put your soap, shampoo, conditioner in shower and you jave to get into shower to turn it on. It is a lot of little things, but overall for price good!! Would stay again, but only like a weekend trip or 2 day trip also elevator is super slow, like slower than anywhere I have been. We were on the 3rd floor so I was normally doing the stairs. I think once they get everything completely remodeled, it will be a 5 star review.
