Great Spot of a getaway

We have walked past the Crosswinds many times and decided to book a room on a last minute overnight. The check in was easy, the room was clean and updated and it was close to our favorite dining options. We would definitely stay here again

Good stay in Rehoboth but not at Crosswinds

I cannot review this hotel because I did not stay there. 2 days before My trip began, Crosswinds called me and said they had moved my reservation to another hotel because they were full. I made this reservation over a month before. I was shocked because I have never known a hotel do this to me or anyone else. The hotel they moved me to is the Hilton Coast Rehoboth, which is a few blocks away from Crosswinds. I ended up staying at Coast for my 2 nights in Rehoboth and I must admit it was a far better accommodation than I expected at Crosswinds. Coast is new, clean, spacious rooms and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. They also have an indoor pool and a 2 floor parking garage. All things considered, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Coast but I am still angry about being moved by Crosswinds without anyone calling me first and asking if it was ok.

Stay at Crosswinds

The service was great and the hospitality staff was so wonderful. Joseph was amazingly efficient , excellent at his job and very helpful. So glad we were there. The other guests got a bit loud , but it was okay . The road being worked on was a little bit annoying , especially in that my daughter kept waking up , but the workers were trying to do their job and get the road done. I was wondering if the sister hotel , Coast , offered use of the pool or not ? I would love to come back and stay at either hotel.

Perfect no-fuss place

After hours check-in was via phone & lock box. It was easy and the person on the phone was helpful and pleasant. The parking was tight. In the room, the flooring was new and the room darkening shades worked well. The AC didn't stay on, but the fan on the unit worked, keeping it cool enough. Comfortable bed and everything was clean.

Excellent! 5 star stay

We got a free upgrade to stay at their other property, Coast, due to open availability during the off season. They were very kind to offer this and Coast is an amazing hotel! It was beautiful, and even closer to the Boardwalk than Crosswinds. Room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Parking was easy in the garage. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect for couples. Had a lovely time!

After so many years of staying close to the shore we tried Crosswind on an October Weeknd and loved it! Staff and location was so nice and the housekeeping was outstanding. We will definitely stay here from now on. It is still close to the beach, an easy walk and none of the boardwalk noise or candy smells.

We loved our stay at CrossWinds. The rooms were great. The front desk was soo nice. Extremely close to all the shops. The only downside is checking in after 5 pm. You have to use a lockbox, which is fine but if the key doesn’t work you have to call their line which transfers you to the late line hours and they will change your room. We went from a king to a queen but the room ended up being bigger so we stayed. We will definitely be staying again.
