2/10 Poor

The room #4 has not been well maintained. There was no shower curtain nor toilet seat. If you book this hotel only for one night sleep, it might be OK, but I don't recommend this for a longer stay. And also I could hear voices from neighbors early in the morning, and they woke me up. The staffs were friendly. That was a only remedy.

Considero que esta plataforma debería hacer estudios de campo para aceptar la promoción de sus estancias. Pseudo Hotel de 0 estrellas. Sin planeaciones, se canceló la estadía después de ver “habitación “ y de todas formas se cobró. NO SE METAN EN PROBLEMAS

La habitación estaba muy mal, el colchón sucio, sábanas, no había ni cesto para basura las fotos no corresponden a las que ponen para su promoción en nada, la alberca jamás me la habilitaron que no había llegado la pipa. Estaba llena de lodo. El personal malísimo jamás me atendieron bien. Por el costo por noche fue pésimo todo, les recomiendo no reservar en este lugar, deja mucho que desear.

Buena atención y localización (5 minutos caminando del centro) pero el agua de la alberca estaba congelada, imposible de entrar así que si buscas un lugar con alberca este no es el indicado.
