Aunque el hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, sus instalaciones son modernas y cómodas, los precios del mini bar son bastante apropiados y tienen una barra de café siempre disponible; la experiencia NO se asemeja a la de un hotel. En las 3 noches que nos hospedamos, nunca hicieron aseo a la habitación, nunca cambiaron las toallas, no hay personal disponible, hasta el check in se realiza con un robot; aspectos aceptables en un AirBnb, pero NO en un hotel.
