Jun 26, 2026Place is new so its in good shape but the spa area and stores were still under construction. You also cant use the bridge to get to the beach. There are also beggars surrounding the area, wo safety is a huge concern. If you are a non-white person be prepared for the staff to give you awkward looks and constantly harass you to give your room number or room card anytime you go to the pool or breakfast. Theyll also try and argue with you that breakfast is not included in your booking despite breakfast being included.

Infelizmente, esquecemo-nos de reservar o pequeno-almoço incluído e, por isso, decidimos tomar o pequeno-almoço no hotel num dos dias. O custo foi de 5.000 escudos para duas pessoas, um valor que considerámos relativamente elevado para os preços praticados em Cabo Verde. Nos restantes dias, optámos por tomar o pequeno-almoço em estabelecimentos locais, onde encontrámos refeições de boa qualidade por uma fração do preço.
A piscina do hotel é, sem dúvida, uma das melhores entre os hotéis de Mindelo e foi um dos pontos altos da nossa estadia. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e estava bem equipado com todas as comodidades de que necessitávamos.

Par contre très déçu car à notre arrivé on nous a annoncé que le spa ne fonctionnais pas encore. Et donc lors de notre réservation celui-ci était noté comme ouvert et avons penché sur cet hôtel aussi pour le spa.
L’hôtel est sympathique mais l’accueil y est froid par le personnel.
Heureusement que le personnel de la cuisine, bar et du ménage étaient plus avenant et souriant.
Nous avons rencontré un soucis lors de notre passage au petit déjeuner, on nous a annoncé que ceux ci n’étaient pas inclus. Donc nous avons dû prouver avec notre réservation que c’était mentionnée et avons dû attendre 15min pour la validation et tout les matins la même histoire ….
Garder tout vos tickets de règlements dans cet hôtel, car au moment de notre départ on nous annonce que nous avons pas payé la taxe de séjour hors on l’avait payé à notre arrivé et avions fait un checking la vieille avant notre départ et tout était ok. Et le matin à 7h30 on nous cours après pour celle ci.
