Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant - lots of choice and well stocked. The only slight negative was that the coffee/sugar/milk was not always restocked. But overall had a great stay and would definitely return.

Comfortable bed, good amenities, window opened for fresh air, a little noise from the street but overall an excellent stay. Friendly & helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Good location to restaurants, sightseeing & Lidl for snacks. Would stay again.

Very good

The hotel is perfect, helpful staff, very good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Spa area working only for 4 hours, between 16 and 20 o'clock, i see only once time steam bath working fine and be carefully with sauna, i think the hotel make repair and they lacquer the wood, this is not healthy with sure.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet and worth the price. The staff and bar keep are helpful and nice. The area was pretty busy, there were several homeless and/or drug users in the metro stations near by. Ironically this area has a circus and wonderful museum with several families walking the area, so I guess it’s safe enough. I would not stay in this area as a single female traveler. The hotel beds were soo cozy, the sauna was such a necessity after walking 5 miles in 30 degree weather. Every day they provided water in the room and the breakfast was well worth the money. The 4 surrounding cafes for breakfast/brunch are not great and must be run by the mob (based on their demeanor, clientele, cash only vibes). Would stay here again if it was $100/night or less.

Really lovely hotel close to an S bahn station. Our only criticism is that the breakfast room is a bit small considering the size of the hotel - travelling as a 4 we didn’t always get a table together. Overall tho it’s a very clean hotel with good facilities.
