初めての宿泊でした。 まず、とても綺麗（オープンしたて）だったこと。大浴場もあり､疲れがとれました。さらに、無料の夕食があり､メニューも“ハヤシライス・パスタ”と､満足できました！ただ､これは無くなり次第終了となるため､早め（16時半から）がおすすめです。 御殿場インターからもとても近い立地で､静岡県（富士山など）周辺にご用のある方にはとても良いと思います。『駐車場』も平面で（台数は多くはありませんが）しかも無料です。

予約後に不明点がありメールを送ったが返信がない。 その事について、チェックイン時に確認するとこちらの要望通りにはいかなかった。 その点は仕方ないことではあるが、 メールの返信がない事について、こちらの満足いく対応には程遠い感じでした。 また、不満であればキャンセル料は取りませんので、キャンセルしてもいいですよ。 と言われ、キャンセルを促されたため、そこから別のホテルをとることにした。 せっかく旅行が台無しになりました。
