Jun 11, 2026This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!

Jun 26, 2026From the moment we selected Nenesa for our reservation, they were excellent. Short on time, we called them with questions. We got an immediate answer with very polite, professional, courtesy staff who provided extremely helpful information. They sent us a WhatsApp text right away with all the information they'd just explained and the necessary links. They were very quick to respond to all our texts. They organized pick up from and to the airport for us and that individual too was extremely helpful. We felt very taken care of in a country we did not know the language and had never been in before. We had a very unpleasant experience at the airport with wheelchair assistance which caused us to get separated from our son. We were concerned that would cause us to miss our shuttle but they were extremely gracious in allowing us to wait for our son to find us. The room was small but very sufficient. Great beds, bedding, beautiful bathroom, large shower, air conditioning, and everything you could need for a restful night. They also had a lovely breakfast laid out for us. The staff was exceptional, the location great, the shuttle service fantastic and the value was wonderful. With a little time the next morning, we walked to some shops right there and enjoyed a pretty view of the surrounding country. Because of Nenesa (and our desire to have a more extensive visit to this country) we would definitely stay here again if we could return. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nenesa Hotel!

May 18, 2026The room and hotel were very clean. The property is very close to the airport. The beds are comfortable, with is very clean and soft linen.
We rented two rooms and the only inconvenience was that the shower floods the bathroom floor a little after more than one shower.
I would recommend. Very good price as well.

Apr 25, 2026It’s a very nice hotel near the airport about 10-15 mins by cab. The property newly renovated to a beautiful and very clean look. The front desk Bey’s is so friendly and helpful. There is a vending machine in the reception and Sok and BiM mini markets up on the road. Very convenient location, not much is going on in the area, but convenient location near to the airport to catch next day flight

Aug 27, 2026Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans cet hôtel, mais tout était vraiment parfait ! L’hôtel est très agréable, très propre et l’accueil a été excellent. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, disponible et surtout aux petits soins.
Dès notre arrivée, ils ont pris en charge tous nos bagages et nous ont accompagnés jusqu’à nos chambres sans même nous laisser porter quoi que ce soit. Et au moment du départ, exactement pareil : dès que nous sommes descendus dans le hall pour rejoindre notre van, ils se sont occupés de toutes nos valises et les ont chargées pour nous.
Un vrai sens du service et de l’accueil qui fait vraiment plaisir. Même pour une seule nuit, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % ! Franchement, au top du top ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
