Staff was available via text and was very responsible and helpful. Lockers are first come first serve but good if you’re checking out/checking in and need somewhere to keep luggage before or after check in/check out. The gym is laughable and feels more like an after thought. The exterior areas are underwhelming and industrial feeling but the room was spacious clean modern and useful. Very happy about the full size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and washer and dryer. It was very very functional for work travel and will stay there again

Perfect place to crash for 2 nights in town for meetings and live music. Great location, super easy getting in / out and helpful staff. There was a good bit of noise coming off the street on the Thursday morning that I stayed from trucks loading/unloading so something to be aware of but otherwise it was a great crashpad and the internet was solid, clean too!
