May 18, 2026"Very disappointing experience. I booked a hotel through Expedia because it showed a total payment of ₹0 and the booking looked confirmed. After reaching the hotel, I was informed that the room could not be provided and there was confusion regarding the payment status. I contacted customer support and was told the issue would be resolved and check-in would happen, but I ended up wasting around 2 hours without getting a proper solution. This caused unnecessary stress and ruined my experience. Customers should not have to face such confusion after receiving a booking confirmation. If a booking is not valid, it should be clearly mentioned beforehand instead of making customers waste their time. I expected a smooth process but unfortunately had a very poor experience."
