La réservation etait confirmée et la dame a refusé nous aceuillir. Elle a dit qu elle ne travaillait plus avec Expedia car elle n avait pas reçu de clients et que le prix était trop bas. J ai accepté de payer plus mais elle a refusé de nous faire entrer. Il était 11 h 30 et elle trouvait que c était trop tôt. J ai demandé si on pouvait juste voir la partie commune mais elle a refusé prétextant qu elle ne travaille que par réservation sans visite possible. Bref une grosse perte de temps et d énergie pour toute la famille. C est la première peruienne qui n' était pas acceuillante de notre sejour Il n y a pas d affiche au nom de l hôtel Fuentes à l' entrée. Un peu louche
