The address on the itinerary was not for our rental. Traveling from US & lost wifi so was unable to communicate with the rental representative regarding our arrival time. Rep was very helpful once we met in person but this setup was very confusing & caused significant delay in check in to unit. Rental was great but located by busy / loud expressway. Property Mgmt needs to be more forthcoming about this setup.

Suite was great, very close to convention centre. The wait for the elevators could be long and there often seem to be one elevator that wasn't working. Otherwise, a great stay
