É minha segunda vez na pousada, porém dessa vez fiquei decepcionada. O ralo do banheiro estava quebrado e durante 03 noites matei filhotes de baratas passeando no banheiro. Também poderiam melhorar a iluminação do quarto e banheiro que é escura. O café da manhã nos 2 primeiros dias estava péssimo. Desorganizado, não tinha prato, xícara, copo, e nem reposição dos alimentos. Comi um pão com manteiga no primeiro dia, porque o restante não tinha condições. Por conta de toda essa chateação, não volto a fazer reservas nessa pousada.

Foi feito um churrasco por alguns hóspedes e foi estendido até 23:30 HS da noite. Meu quarto ficava próximo e o barulho era alto. Café da manhã estava faltando pratos, café, etc quando cheguei por volta das 09:20 HS. Tive que ficar aguardando algum tempo até conseguir comer. Acho q a reposição tinha que ser mais rápida das coisas.

A única crítica que tenho a fazer, é que o isolamento acústico dos dormitórios permite que sons dos outros quartos, invadam o outro, se uma criança chorar ou fizer barulho incomoda muito, como foi o meu caso, no demais só tenho elogios, excelente equipe de funcionários, muito educados e preparados.

A localização é maravilhosa! Equipe super gentil e solicita! Café da manhã bem servido! Só gostaria de colocar alguns pontos de melhoria: os lençóis estavam com manchas amareladas, o que da uma sensação de sujeira. Não tem tapetes na entrada do quarta, o que faz com que a gnt acabe lavando um pouco de areia ou água para dentro. Alem disso, da para ouvir todo e qualquer barulho dos outros quartos… e os funcionários logo cedo para limpar a piscina acabam conversando e incomodando também… ou seja… não é um lugar para quem quer descansar
