Great stay, huge resort however aging
For what we paid for a 3.5 star hotel, it was great value. Staff were friendly and our pool view room was good. However the resort is aging and needs some renovations. Pillows were hard but we got used to it. Be aware of the noise from the corridor as we had one Mandarin speaking lady who was loud and rude (she left after one night). Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The resort is huge and the pool and slides were good. It is located just out of busy Cenang but is only a short walk. The cultural dinner on Wed & Sat is a must.

Totally rundown hotel
The hotel is built 1997 and not sure if any upgrade has been done. Everything was more or less run down. The beds was super hard and pillows like a sack of potato. I cant recommend this hotel to anyone.

The swimming pool is very big but there aren’t many places to lounge near it. Sun loungers that are available are old, torn and mouldy. The rooms are big but the bed and pillows are hard and very uncomfortable. The furniture, bathroom etc have all seen better days. We didn’t see the show as no mention at check-in that a booking was needed and it was fully booked when we enquired about it. Buffet breakfast was ok as were the other onsite eating places. The staff were nice and helpful.
