Jul 3, 2026Great little apartment/hotel with a delicious restaurant attached - Cafe C! Perfect location if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. All of the staff were awesome, but Karen especially made us feel safe and at home during this first time to Mexico City! We definitely will be back here.

Jul 3, 2026We had a wonderful couples stay at Nomu by Lumina in Roma Norte. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff was very kind and attentive, and we really enjoyed Café C on site. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and everything Roma Norte has to offer. There is some city noise, but nothing major and completely expected in a big city. Overall, a stylish, comfortable, and very well-located stay. Highly recommended.

Oct 6, 2026We travel at least 4 months of the year for pleasure and stay predominantly at luxury properties. We are Marriott Titanium and Hilton Diamond status members. We did not stay at a Marriott or Hilton property this times as they were all pet friendly, which I find phenomenally disgusting. We chose to stay at Nomu Mexico City because of its location and the fact that they are pet-free. The property definitely lived up to the great reviews and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new and in pristine condition, and the staff were all so friendly and genuine. Thank you Carolina and Andrea for your help and kindness. We had one incident that negatively affected us, but not the fault of the staff at the hotel. The manager Paloma was proactive and ensured the issue was rectified for us appropriately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel and would stay again the next time I visit Mexico City.

Jun 1, 2026This hotel is brand new and it was a perfect stay in Roma Norte. We were traveling with a 6 month old baby so we were looking for something with good AC, quiet rooms, and blackout curtains. That’s hard to find in Roma Norte and we are lucky that this place opened just in time. There was a bit of a confusion on our room type when we arrived, but the front desk went out of their way to fix it and make sure we had a good stay. Great location, great service, great rooms! I would definitely stay here again

Jun 30, 2026The facilities are new but lacking the usual amenities you’re used from a 5* hotel. Also certain things are not working properly. For example the security box in the room and the AC all had to be repaired after checkin. The most annoying thing is the noise level. Even with closed doors (6h floor) to the balcony one could think you are standing on the street. Earplugs are already provided but the noise level is very high. The bathroom is tiny and there is nothing to put shampoo etc on but the floor. The rooftop is still under construction. This was not mentioned. On the positive side, the staff is great. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Sep 29, 2026It’s a new hotel on a noisy street- but to be fair all of Roma Norte is noisy. The rooms are pretty quiet. The AC didn’t work in the first room we were given, couldn’t sleep so opened the window. The noise was horrible. They gave us a new room the next day but the heat had made us nauseous and affected our sleep.
The time to respond wasn’t very good. They didn’t

Desde el momento del check-in, el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y profesional. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia perfecta.
La ubicación es fantástica, ideal para recorrer la Ciudad de México y acceder fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés. Además, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y ofrecen un ambiente agradable y relajante.
Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita a la CDMX. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100% para quienes buscan comodidad, excelente servicio y una experiencia inolvidable!

Jul 4, 2026No me gustó que mis privilegios no fueron respetados y que hasta la fecha el reembolso del depósito aún no me llega! 😢 También al reservarlo decía que incluía el estacionamiento gratis y que tenía derecho a la entrada y salida anticipada y pues eso no pasó!

May 25, 2026Nuestra estancia en NOMU by Lumina fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo estuvo impecable: la limpieza del lugar, la comodidad de la habitación y la atención del personal. La comunicación siempre fue rápida y muy amable, lo que hizo todo mucho más fácil desde antes del check-in hasta nuestra salida.
El hotel está muy bonito, cómodo y en una excelente ubicación. Nos sentimos muy a gusto y definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable!
