Jul 19, 2026When we booked ,everything was included . When we checked in they charged us an extra $120 for resort fee and taxes.The credit card machine did not work so they wanted cash before we could check in. The room was nice , but after 3 days of no housekeeping , we went to the front desk and they told us house keeping was an extra charge that we had to pay up front , that information was not told to us when we checked in. Clean towels , sheets , soap , and toilet paper were all extra charges. no services or food were included. They try to sell you food package when you get there that is twice as high as the a la carte restaurant prices themselves. They want you to put the garbage outside your door , but don't provide any garbage bags , they are extra, you only get 1. Will never stay there again. Loved Cabarette, the town, beach and restaurants are excellent.

Jul 16, 2026When we checked in they didn’t explain all the amenities that came with our booking someone else from the resort told us the morning of our checkout that we had access to other parts of the resort the suite was humid as well pillows n sofa felt wet.

El dinero es lo de menos es la falta de servicio, la habitacion con un olor a humedad terrible. Comida barata pero mala, lo unico salvable son las masajista y varios seguridad que tienen una buena atitud
