Some things need to improve...
Adagio hotel is perfect for Disney stay. 12 min walk to the security gate. Beds are comfy, parking is available and staff is friendly (shout out to Monica on her night shift). Some things unfortunately are bringing this hotel down. There is a lot of wear and tear. Stained carpets, mould on the grout/tiles in the bathroom, peeling ceiling, scratched walls and water staines. There seems to be a lot of improvements happening in the lobby so maybe rooms will be upgraded soon as well. Disney shuttle bus tip - winter schedule is very reduced. Morning shuttles depart from the bus stop on the opposite side to the hotel and run in circle. Afternoon buses run from the bus stop outside the hotel. Don't take 2231 bus as it's not free- it's local bus and it requires a fare. Parking - be aware there's a 15euro charge per night similar to other properties in the area.

Great location but wouldn’t stay again
Location for Disneyland was really good but that’s about as good as it gets. When we arrived at reception we had to wait 35 minutes to check in, there is a LOT of building work currently being done in the reception area so waiting 35 minutes with drilling and hammering behind us wasn’t very pleasant. When we were checking in we could barely hear the receptionist due to the banging. No information was given about the free shuttle to Disneyland and we couldn’t work it out for ourselves at all, we did wait at what we thought could be the bus stop but nothing ever came so we hand to spend 15 euros on a 3 minute taxi ride there and back each time. The room itself was nice (room 12) we had 2 single beds and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken it was almost broke in the middle so the mattress wasn’t level at all. One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in to be honest but I was just glad that we were far enough away from the builders and didn’t have to listen to banging.

Almost great
The size of the apartment was great and the layout perfect but there were lots of little things that made the room feel unfinished.. scrapes and chips out of the bathtub, clunky extractor fan making strange noises all night, pillow with stains on. The lobby was also being renovated which is great for future visitors but made the place feel even less special. We were lucky enough to have a nighta stay here as a gift and its a shame it was below our expectations.

Poor communication & hazards.
Room on 2nd floor where renovation work was going to start 2 days later. No communication about this. We had a pram and suitcase we were told to get lift to 1st floor and go walk Up all the stairs to 2nd floor and vice Versa. We had to walk through lights hanging down from ceiling, power tools laying everywhere. The builders tried to help move stuff to allow pram through however hotel staff not bothered. Also the power tools next door started at 8:30 and made for a noisy morning. Also the toilet did not have a hand basin inside. You had to walk through eating area, bedroom to get to shower room to wash hand. There was room in toilet room to put a hand basin in there.

great location for disney
The location is perfect if you want to go to to Disneyland Paris. They offer a shuttle to Disney. We loved that There is a bakery right at the corner. They offer breakfast for a fee as well. Customer service was amazing the check-in team was very helpful. We only stayed for two nights, we didn't get our rooms done, but I'm unsure if it was by request and we didn't ask. If this is important make sure to ask. The hotel is a somewhat run down and needs updating. It was however what we needed and we would recommend.

Motel 6 at best
The room was decent, although it had definitely been smoked in. The hallways looked like a war zone. There were signs saying renovations were coming, but who knows if those were accurate. There was supposed to be free coffee, there was never any when I wanted it, like before 8 am. The fesk staff was nice with good English.

We just arrived home after a 4 day stay here and we cant fault it. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and our suite was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hallways look a little shabby in places, wallpaper needs replacing but that's the only minor flaw we can think of. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and the hotel has a free shuttlebus too. We never used the bus, the walk was nice. Huge shopping centre a couple of blocks away so super easy to get groceries for the kitchenette, but nice selection of stores to shop in too. Tons of food outlets there too. It's a great hotel, we will definitely be back.

great location. sadly looking shabby in the bedrooms and corridors, but understandable with the continuous turnover of customers. Good facilities and the reception area is welcoming with a little shop and vending machines with items you may have forgotten or need at reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and kitchenette. my 2nd stay at the hotel in the last 4 years. very efficient and welcoming staff.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the shopping centre, train station, restaurants and Disneyland. The staff are kind and friendly. The heat is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted above 20 degrees Celsius. There is a Nepresso coffee maker available but no coffee pods are provided. The hotel has not been well maintained and is falling apart beyond what could be considered acceptable. The wall paper is torn in all the hallways, the carpets are grungy and worn, and nothing has been cared for. There should be minimum standards that the Aparthotel should meet as a hotel in this condition should not be considered acceptable. It is appalling.

The hotel is good value for money when visiting Disneyland. Travelling with a toddler, it was nice to have a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. It’s an easy 15 min walk to Disneyland and a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation, the wallpaper is ripped in the corridors, the kids corner was full of broken toys and everything is a little dated. The room we stayed at wasn’t super clean, the carpet needs a deep clean and the sofa replacing. The sliding doors between the bedroom and the main living area kept getting stuck, but we told reception and they managed to fix it. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular and would have appreciated more fruit & vegetables, but there was something for everyone. Despite the criticism, the hotel is good for the price and in a good location. Looking forward to staying again once it’s been renovated.
