We had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The service was consistently professional while still feeling warm and personal, which made a real difference to our stay. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and everything was comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully managed.
