This apartment was very good for 2 people. It was spacious, modern and clean. There was no noise at night, even though it is near a busy part of Salou. Also the roof terrace and pool are well maintained. The parking underneath is secure but at €20 per night, adds to the rental cost. I would use this again.

Aduana suites is an absolute jewel of a hotel. The suites are beautiful and has everything you need as a traveller from modern decor to kitchen fully equipped with all that is needed. The bedrooms are luxury and en suite showers are fabulous. Extra towels provided for the roof top pools is a very nice touch. The rooftop terrace and pools are super and saltwater pools is so refreshing. We loved our stay here and will return next summer. Marina is a delightful and so friendly on reception desk. She was professional and very knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist us. This hotel had only been open for 4 days when we checked in and everything was perfect. Some final building g work was being carried out but we heard nothing as if the construction was not happening at all. Aduana is a must if you are travelling to Salou. Thank you to the team on check in desk, especially Marina.

L'Hôtel est agréable et bien placé. Des petites details a régler (machine à café installée dans un placard qui rend impossible de soulever la manette pour mettre la capsule, aucune prise électrique dans la cuisine, donc obligé de déménager la machine pour pouvoir s'en servir) (le gel de douche vide pour notre première douche) l'hôtel est récent, les choses se mettent en place doucement.

Hôtel neuf en apparence, mais déjà dans un état lamentable. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante. Les couloirs sont remplis de chaussures et d’objets en tout genre, ce qui donne une impression de désordre et de manque d’entretien. Les douches sont pratiquement inutilisables : la pente permettant à l’eau de s’écouler est inexistante ou mal conçue, ce qui provoque une inondation à chaque douche. Concernant le ménage, c’est tout simplement insuffisant. Après 10 jours, la chambre était déjà remplie de poussière, preuve qu’un véritable nettoyage régulier n’est pas assuré. L’hygiène de la literie est également à revoir : aucune alèse sur les matelas, ce qui est particulièrement préoccupant dans un hôtel. Enfin, la piscine était trouble et sale, ce qui ne donne absolument pas envie de s’y baigner. C’est vraiment dommage pour un établissement aussi récent. Il y a clairement de gros problèmes d’entretien, de propreté et d’hygiène à régler rapidement. Pour ma part, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel dans son état actuel.

Points positifs :L'établissement est récent, moderne et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les chambres sont impeccables et l'emplacement est idéal. Points négatifs :Le parking sur place est cher (20 € la nuit). La piscine est plutôt petite et notre moment de détente y a été totalement gâché par une fratrie de 5 enfants. Ils ont perturbé le calme général et nous ont éclaboussants continuellement. Malgré nos remarques directes, ils ont continué et leurs parents n'ont absolument rien fait. Pire encore, il n'y a aucun contrôle ni surveillance de la part de l'hôtel autour du bassin pour faire respecter le règlement. Nous avons été obligés de fuir les lieux et de les signaler nous-mêmes à la réception. En résumé :Si le confort et le cadre sont parfaits, le manque de discipline et l'absence de contrôle du personnel à la piscine gâchent le repos des clients. Un hôtel 4 étoiles se doit de garantir la tranquillité de ses résidents face aux incivilités.
