the slowest check-in I have ever experienced, worthless internet and so so breakfast. The thermostat in our room was not working and their way of fixing it was to turn off the whole system. There was absolutely no air or ventilation in the room to breath.

Maid service poor, and guest management not good
The maid service on this visit was not very good at all. I stayed 5 nights, and the toiletries were not refreshed on 3 of the five nights. I had to request replenished water bottles but then gave up asking. Also, there was significant noise pollution from other guests, which on one night, included smoking drugs in one of the rooms. Management seemed unwilling to step in to resolve until after the guests had left.
