Excellent location but you get what you pay for. The staff seems like they’d prefer you weren’t there, and the hostel was very very quiet the Saturday night I stayed there. Ok if you just need a base to go for expeditions from, but I’d recommend paying a bit more and staying elsewhere.

Room with private bathroom
Smelt so bad of mildew could not stay there. They did get me into another of their motels and it was nice. The shared facilities is a better option at this place I think. Would be fine if they did something about the smell.

Stay a way from this hostel!!!
This was the worst hostel I stayed in while traveling on South America . Nothing was clean, wifi was horrible, and the staff were not good to say the least . If I could give you one pace of advice do not stay here. Plus the music was super load from 9 pm till 1 am then at 7 they would blast it again . Worst experience of my life.

Party time!
If you need a good night,s sleep, this is not for you. If you like beer pong, loud music all night, and fussball tables, then the money is right. Hot water all night, great location by the San Francisco church, slightly less noisy than the Main Square.

Good value. Good location
Lots of people smoking in the common area so we left and hung out at Starbucks. Showers hot but the bathrooms cold due to the open area of the hostel.

it is a backpackers hostel
Hostel is fine if you are a backpacker, although the quality of the beds could be better. We took one of the private ensuite rooms and yes everything was there. The location is very good but don't expect any luxury.

Good location... average service.
Wifi is only connected in the main bar, does not extend to rooms - very frustrating.

Good location. Right on the Plaza San Francisco and about a block or two from the main Plaza de Armas. We had a private room with a bathroom which was nice, so I'm not sure what the dorms were like, but the main areas were pretty good.
