The hotel is in an old building, and I encountered lots of problems during my stay, resulting in needing to change rooms three times (!!!). The first room did not have hot water in the sink, which turned out to be a known problem. After offering me a different room, I was unable to open the safe, and could not access my passport, debit card, or laptop. They brought in a locksmith and were able to open the safe after a few hours. A few days later I returned to the hotel only to discover that I could not open the door to my room. They, too, were unable to open it. Apparently, the electronic key system on that door had failed! They again told me that they would bring a locksmith the next day, but when I explained that I needed to take medications, they brought in another locksmith and succeeded in opening the door two hours later. It was a very poor experience overall, and would suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations.
