2/10 Poor

Didn’t put bags down and did not stay. Left without requesting refund -that bad. Staff left property so left a note saying we were not staying. Room lighting was so dark it felt like an alleyway. Smelly, broken AC, insects flying around, no signal on tv. And that was enough to leave. Added note: it’s been years since staying here so the expectation was that it was decent coming in from out of town and seeing it listed on hotels.com. I lost my cash reward but it was worth not waking up with skin issues for sure.

2/10 Poor

First they double charged me. I paid though Expedia and when I got there the manager said they were no longer affiliated with Expedia and that I needed to give him a separate payment and he would deal with the Expedia. Then, after one night of staying there, I went to work come back and all my belongings were thrown in the trash, which at that point, the manager pointed fingers at the cleaning lady, and the cleaning lady pointed fingers at the manager. Never got half of my stuff back called the Franklin police and they did nothing for me. Also, I would not recommend going to Franklin or using the Franklin in by any means was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had in my life.
