Hardware is excellent—modern rooms, solid amenities, comfortable beds, and a decent view. Everything physical works well. Software is a disaster. Check-in took a full hour with zero efficiency or communication. Staff randomly knock on your door at odd hours to wake you up and ban hanging clothes on the balcony. They also slap you with completely wrongful extra charges using flimsy excuses—baseless fees invented out of thin air. This place feels nothing like a proper hotel. If you speak English, avoid it completely. What should have been a hotel stay turned into pure frustration. Not recommended.

Quarto impecável. Muito bem localizado. Infelizmente o porteiro (ou recepcionista, ou atendente, não sei a função dele) se mostrou despreparado para nos receber. Muito atrapalhado, provavelmente mal treinado.

Quarto novíssimo, extramente limpo e organizado, inclusive roupas de cama e banho. Fizemos check-in quase meia noite e mesmo assim fomos muito bem recebidos pelo adm do quarto.
