Staff was amazing and went beyond for us. Breakfast was great. The pool Is always very cold, every time we stay here this is the case but it’s suppose to be heated. I’ve machine on 3rd floor only. My kids love the idea of a sofa bed, we always stay in a room with this. The sofa bed at this property was extremely uncomfortable, my 2 & 7 year old did not want to sleep there so we all slept in the king sized bed. The hall ways were always crowded. We used to love staying here but the last 3 stays have been a little disappointing. I think we will choose a different property next time.

Time for some updates!!
Staff were excellent and the rooms were clean. Beds weren't that comfortable and the heating/cooling unit was on the entire time. The in house television system was not user friendly and needs some updates. The food was good but real plates and cutlery would be nice.
