Best stay in Galway
We picked them from a mere Google search, and booked for two nights. The room was so clean & nice. When our Valentines evening stay canceled on us, they managed to keep us in our same room for an additional night. Our room was quickly serviced each morning when we went down to breakfast, and the staff was very friendly.

Great Hotel
Exceptional service from all the staff. The inn is conveniently located a short bus ride from downtown or you can walk to it in 20 minutes. The restaurant and bar was packed on our three nights - plan on a short wait if dining in or take your meal at the bar.

IT was truly disappointing. I called to request two bed but only one bed available, could not use the air condition and it was too hot to sleep plus had to share a bed and NO STAFF to greet us, we have to hunt them down in the restaurant then do one to help with our bags. I would not recommend this to anyone and would have liked to talk to someone about a discount while I was there for such a bad experience.
