Warm welcome
Dimitris and Fortini were the perfect hosts and gave us such a warm welcome. They work so hard to make every guest happy and enable them to have a lovely holiday. The location is perfect and the resort is great. We particularly enjoyed the weekly bbq. It was a lovely way of meeting other guests. Thank you so much. Linda and Gary (City fans!!)

Excellent and fun family run hotel!!!!
The owner Dimitri is extremely accommodating and makes you feel like you are home. If you are visiting Greece, this is exactly the type of hotel you want to stay at if you are looking for personable service, a funny host and a true taste of Greek hospitality. And a big thanks to Fotini for her excellent service and for keeping Dimitri organized!!! I am not sure when I will be Santorini again, but for sure I will staying here.

We had a great holiday staying at the Sellada Apartments. It is in a great location for everything in Kamari which is a really lovely seaside resort. We were made to feel very welcome and our apartment had everything we needed. We have 2 teenage daughters and they were happy not having to share. We had a single bed in the living area for 1, a king size bed in the main bedroom for us and a double bed upstairs for the other. The rooms were cleaned daily and bedding and towels were changed regularly. The pool area was great, we were always able to get sunbeds at any time of day and it was always clean. We didn't eat there but we had drinks by the pool and the bar was open until midnight every day. The only minor thing which didn't really both us but could if you had young children, was the Greek restaurant opposite had traditional live music on every night until midnight. We would definitely recommend the Sellada apartments to anyone.

Words fall short for the 3 day stay here. First Fortina (Patty) did a great job keeping us well fed, the lady that tidied our room thought of all the little details to help us stay organized and kept, and then there was the belle of the ball, Dimitri. This guy....was amazing! We came during a slow season and i expect this is unusual, but Dimitri was a great tour guide, a fantasic chef (ask for the fish on BBQ night) and helped us feel like family! Dimitri knows everyone on the island and knows all thebplace for you to "make picture". We had a great experience staying here!

A little slice of heaven
I can honestly say it was amazing. Dimitri and Patty took such good care of me and are such nice friendly people. The place is charming, close to the beach and so convenient. I loved having my own little terrace and a little kitchen to prepare a little something. Santorini is one of the most delightful places I have seen and my hosts made every effort to make me feel at home. I will be back for sure. What a perfect experience!

Not a good experience
Owner was extremely nice but the rooms were not comfortable. Blankets smelled. Extremely disappointed with the Showers as they were really really bad need huge improvement. If you decide to stay there take your own towels and your own toiletries and don’t include breakfast.

Hidden Gem by Kamari Beach
Fantastic family-owned and operated establishment, VERY close to Kamari Beach....maybe a five-minute walk. I cannot say enough good things about Sellada Apartments. The service was fantastic. These people go out of there way to ensure you have what you need. We LOVED the pool. As a matter of fact, we spent more time at the pool than at the beach because we loved it so much.

Lovely stay
Hosts were very accommodating. It was easy to arrange for a late check-in, and they were able to provide advice on getting to the property. We were even able to have the air conditioning in our room turned on before our late night arrival. All messages were answered quickly. Air conditioner worked great against the Greek summer Breakfast was brought to our outside table each morning on a tray (just like in the pictures!) each morning upon our request. Included breakfast was coffee, juice, fresh bread with butter, various jams and a few slices of meat and cheese. Sometimes there were even cookies. Location is superb Host was able to give us a ride to the airport for a price cheaper than the cost of a taxi Apartment was very spacious

Family stay
A group of us stayed at Sellada Apts Kamari, 23rd to 30th July. Can't fault the place. Basic, but clean. Dimitri, the owner and Fotini, his assistant couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. From sorting transport for an excursion, to assisting with our transfers, nothing was too much trouble. Situated one minute's walk from the beach and lively prom, this is an excellent base. Best part of our vacation.
My husband and I took our 3 children all under 10 to Greece, we stayed at Sellada during our stay in Santorini. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff is wonderful, especially Dimitri. They made us feel very welcome and helped immensely with tips on where to go and facilitating tours for us. The apartments are within 1 block of the beach, you couldn't find a better location. Everything in walking distance within Kamari. The roads are easy to navigate if you're renting an ATV or car. Dimitri will give you a map and show you the places to go. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The best part of the trip was the BBQ Dimitri put on. It was the best food we had during our entire trip, our kids talked about it for days afterwards. We will be back to Santorini and when we do we will be staying again with Dimitri at Sellada Apartments!
