Great hotel in excellent location

I think it's hard to beat Ibis hotels for good value for money, especially for short stays, as we did in Adelaide. Close to public transport & shopping, although appreciate central Adelaide is not huge. Room was spacious with enough sockets, full length mirror, iron & ironng board. Great bathroom with powerful shower. Good lighting in room. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

Hotel and room was good. Staff at the reception was very helpful. Room service was horrible. We stayd there 28 nights and for hole stay noone vacuum room. Housekeeping didnt clean bathroom... If you tell to housekeeping that you need something, they never bring it... From first day, we didnt have soap... housekeeping completely ignore it. Horrible for the price of room. The hotel has a marvelous location, convenient to all the shopping and activities in the cbd.the rooms were comfortable with lots of light and the breakfast was excellent. Loved it and would stay again.

1, Car park is across the road that’s pretty inconvenient, 2, overall it’s kinda Ok but coz we have stayed in another apartment hotel nearby which has more facilities complementary like laundries. And they are even at cheaper cost . So it doesn’t feel cost effective to us. 3, the view is not good , no city view , all we can see is all the back of the building and carpark. I was expecting to film some Timelapse footage of the city. 4, carpet in front of the door doesn’t seem to be clean , stains and trash all around

Took 2 days to work out how to use TV. Corridors tidy but carpet filthy. Rooms not serviced over weekend, additional towels where delivered. Disappointed with meal from Restaurant fish and chips.. fish looked like birdeye fish and chips had an seasoning that was disgusting. Room was tidy but the cover came off the comfortor and it had yellow stains in numerous places repulsive.
