The room was dirty, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. There was someone above us that made noise all night so we couldn’t sleep. We didn’t even stay our last night.

I asked to be changed rooms because the room given to me, 205, had no working lights and a roach. I was moved to a different room tha smelled like cigarette smoke and also had roaches.
I do NOT recommend this place. It is disgusting.

The ice machine required intervention and the bathroom faucet was loose, but otherwise everything was in order.
The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance.

The staff was helpful. The room was not great. We did have to kill a cockroach. Only saw the one but where there is one there is probably more.

Noise transfer really easily. No fans or AC or anything to block sound. Bed was fine, though top blanket had 3 or 4 minor stains. Other than that it is what it is. Cheap place to stay the night.

Convenient next to a shopping center: Brothers Cafe, Mountain Mikes Pizza, Liquor Store, Laundry, etc
Quiet neighborhoods.
Beds are very comfortable,
I didn’t like the bathtub because it seems like is clogged don’t drain properly the very last night I wasn’t able to take shower because the water didn’t drain, they don’t have maintenance on weekends.

The bedding was reasonable. The lamps were clunky. The TV was missing green. Don't weird dirty on the walls. Nothing fancy, but adequate.

Needs improvement on cleanliness but good motel.
First room we were given was not cleaned and had previous visitors trash and used blankets on the bed. The second room we were given had a strong smell of urine in the room and restroom. Other than the cleanliness the motel was affordable and had a great location within distance to the freeway and city experiences.

1st room the sink leaked and the floor was filthy.
2nd room was better but sheets not really clean (stained) and only 1 thin blanket. Heating in room did not work so temp was in the 60’s with no engineer on site to service.
