Just be aware that cheaper hotels in Puno don't have central heat. Mostly space heaters and lot of blankets.

The hotel has a good location, but the rooms need renovation. Especially the bathroom. The breakfast was not bad considering the price. There was a misunderstanding with the receptionist regarding a tour they organized from the hotel but at the end when we mentioned our concerns they tried to make us feel better

Quando chegamos estava chovendo, o hotel nao era no endereço q estava no hoteis.com. Cansada e chovendl tivemos q carregar pelas ruas de Puno nossa mala até o outro hotel porq este estava de reforma. Na saida foi pior, a atendente disse q nao tinhamos pago as diarias ( estavsm pagas ha meses pelo hotel.com ) ficsmos la na saida tentando provar q tinhamos pago . Foi horrivel. Nao recomwndo esse hotel. Nao recomendo, foi pessimo, horrivel. Ao final a atendente disse q eles tinham comprado esse hotel a pouco tempo. Pedi prs falar com a gerente desde o dia q chegsmos e ela nao veio. Pelo q entendi, a dona do hotel Suites Antonio, comprou esse Titicaca. Nao gostei do Suites Antonio. Nao va.

Sehr nette Bedienung
Der Service war sehr freundlich. Wir sind mit dem Bus um 5.00 Uhr morgens angekommen und wir durften im Aufenthaltsraum auf dem Sofa schlafen bis um 8.00 Uhr unser Zimmer bereit war, obwohl Checkin erst um 11uhr wäre. das Zimmer recht warm im Winter. Da wir am 28. Juli dort waren, war es in der Nacht sehr laut.

La ubicación es buena así como la calidez y amabilidad de su propietario pero estuve tes días alojada en los que no me dieron papel higiénico, nunca me cambiaron la toalla de baño, en el lugar que la dejaba ahí la encontraba, el cesto de la basura tampoco lo limpiaron, el desayuno es bastante escaso.

Bon hôtel bien situé . Ils proposent un bon tour sur le lac. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Attention toutefois au service de laverie, ils ont failli nous oublier la moitié de notre linge.
